Chicken & Vegetables Biscuits Alfredo

Simple Alfredo Dish

Ingredients
4 buttermilk biscuits
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 jar Alfredo pasta sauce
Instructions
Heate oven to 375. Place biscuits on uncreased cookie sheet; bake 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and mixture is thoroughly heated.
Split warm biscuits; place bottom halves of biscuits on plates. Top each with 1 cup chicken mixture and top half of biscuit.
