Strong Men

As a Relationship Coach, Men often message me

asking if I can help them become better men.

And while I respect the desire for growth… I’m not the one to guide you through that.

Men need men for that work. Not because women can’t see you —but because part of becoming a man is learning to trust other men.

I know that’s hard. Many men grew up without safe male role models.Or were let down by fathers, brothers, teachers, or peers.

But there are men out there now who walk with integrity. Who have done their work. Who will hold you without shaming you — and call you forward without rescuing you.

Find them. Hire them. Let yourself be held by someone who understands your wiring from the inside out.

Women are not your practice ground. We carry enough.

Your healing doesn’t start with us —it starts with learning to trust your own kind again.

If you’re serious about this work, I’m happy to point you toward men I trust. Men who can help you become the man you want to be — not just the one women approve of.

But healing starts when you reclaim your place in the brotherhood —when you allow yourself to be seen, held, and challenged by men who’ve walked the path.

Because I believe in men. And I believe in you.
